These Lips & Boys lipsticks formula are neither moisturizing or
matte. When first put on your lips it could be shiny, after a few hours
it became dry. Not exactly dry, but somewhere between matte and dry.
But the colors are absolutely stunning. For a $32 from Tom Ford brand
with a 0.07 oz., it's not too bad (as it is Tom Ford). if you want a
cheaper lipsticks you can go for MAC lipsticks, they have similar
colors, but it's not Tom Ford. You get what you pay for!
